Rude and poor service

I called Xcel Energy in January to let them know I sold my house and moved to another. They sent a letter to my new address to occupant to say power will be shut down unless someone is responsible let them know the house was occupied. I called them again. They said they apologized and sent the bill to me. They double billed me anyway and now claim I never called. They won't play it or listen to it. They hung up on me.Power User's recommendation: They have a monopoly. Nothing you can do.
