Rude and misleading

I ordered a dress in January that stated it was a preorder for 6 weeks. I was fine with that. After 8 weeks I tried emailing and got an automated failure notice even though their own confirmation lists emailing as a form of contact. After several attempts to call and a Facebook message I finally received a phone call from a woman who was rude and condescending on the phone. She was NO help and then they proceeded to text my phone all the reasons why my complaints about my missing order and attempts to contact them weren't valid. I was told during the phone call that the dresses were expected to ship the following week. It is now almost the 1st of May and I still have no dress. The worst company I have ever dealt with so butter beware!
