I called for service regarding my PC. I spent hours on the phone with them for 2 days and was repeatedly disconnected with no follow up and having to repeatedly restart the process. The technicians were impatient and rude. They never were able to fix the problem. I finally called another company that fixed my computer within an hour. Do not waste your money on this service. User's recommendation: Do not use this service.
