I do not expect or even want a response from you but I feel you have a very distorted view of what happened for some odd reason. I paid in advance for 30 minutes at 4 p.m. you were late, which was fine - you don't do owe me an explaination but you did owe me my paid 4 time. To come onto the call 30 mins late with no greeting or intro or anything. And then to further interrupt me and talk down to me every time I pulled myself back and even told you that I was feeling that you were disregarding my feelings, time and words and you interrupted me again. Then when someone walks into my house at 4:30 after our appointment should have already been done, I let it go, but you even went as far as to tell me about privacy and refunds or whatever, when all I was doing was trying to make you aware that someone else had come into the room. you can't be rude to me and disregard me and cut me off and then expect me to still be happy and positive. I am truly sorry that i have ever had the misfortune of crossing your path. Not not only did you not help or even listen for that matter but you disrespected me, my time, my money, and then blamed me for it all. I never attacked or criticized you. I relayed facts that lead to the reason I was so frustrated by that point. My experience will be relayed to others . I don't want my money back you can keep it as that would require further transaction with a rude and ilogical person... it was never about the money. And I wasn't asking for you to tell me what to do. I was trying to explain my situation so that you could pull the cards to help me find answers in order for me to weigh out my decision - not make my decision for me and definitely not tell me what to do with my life! Which is further why you shouldn't feel like you have the right to tell me how to feel about the way you treated me or the importance of my time and our transaction. My fault for paying ahead of time. lesson learned, thanks for nothing
