Hello my name is Monica Estrada I live in Simi Valley Ca . My contact # is [protected] . I am a driver for Lyft Inc. I recently took my car which is a rental through the Express Flexdrive Program to have a routine maintenance it is the second time I have taken it to my local Just Tires in Simi Valley Ca . The first time went well as I anticipated since I've heard nothing but good things about this place . Second time was not so great . The car is a 2020 Hyundai Ioniq Hybrid Blue . On July 31st 2021 I took it in and had it serviced . August 10 th 2021 I'm driving with passenger on the freeway when my vehicle began to get hot flashing message on dash read "check hybrid system " " turn engine off!!!" My engine then seized and serpentine belt ripped to shreds. Had the car towed to my residence then to dealer and told the cap from the oil pan was not placed properly by whoever serviced it last causing all the oil to spill out causing the engine to freeze or lock if you will.!!! JustTires fully responsible and to blame . I have lost over 2 weeks pay and charged $700 + in rental fees paid $368.00 for a rental I could not drive . Please tell me what or who to contact to have this matter resolved.. !?????
