I have attempted to call your support number that is on your statement three times. Twice it went to a busy signal after 39 minutes of waiting. Just had an answer after another thirty minutes from an operator that I could not understand. Told her that, and she started laughing and said to call back into the number that I was on, I told her that I wanted to talk with her supervisor, and she hung up on me. I have a Westell 7982 router that I got from Century Link. I am trying to get my cell phone conneclted to Wi-Fi, and it is asking me for my password. It has been several years since I got it, and I have no idea what the password it. How can I retreive it???
