Rotted tree under your power lines

there is a large old maple tree on the side of my house which is right under your power lines I noticed a lot of ants around the tree and found a large part of the tree is rotted the tree is very tall and would take out all your power lines if it came down during a storm. Please have some one take a look at the tree. Thank You
