ROTITA stole my money!! I never got my order !! & No one knows what happened to it.

In June 2021,, I needed a bathing suit for my vacation!! I found one on ROTITA company,, I ordered it and paid!! Its August now and I have never heard from the company ROTITA. So I started live chat and some computer tells me the same thing everyday!! That they will look into it and send me an Email of what is going on!! Well I contact live chat 6 times and still same crap they tell me!! I found the phone # and its been busy for 3 months!! THIS IS NOT HOW A COMPANY TREATS A PAYING CUSTOMER!! So Im out of $ and User's recommendation: Never.
