Was about to take a shower first night there . And the shower wall had long clumps of black hair. Toilet seat was cracked in half n taped together with black electrical tape.. bathroom mirror was cracked. Carpet wasn't vacuumed or was but poorly done. All in all I mentioned something to front desk and they moved me into another room. And gave me my money back for that night. All in all I was grossed out but happy how quick they made a discussion to move me. I will stay at this hotel again. Mistakes happen
