Room spray

purchased a can of freshner, went to use it and it doesn't spray at all. This is not the first time. Then I was on a site filling out questions and submitted 10x and did not o thru. Its time to fix the website and design something that works, Its very frustrating. Won't buy anymore of this product. asked for up# 465000****
