Last February 2020, i charged $522.50 on my Credit card for ticket to see the Rolling Stones, they cancelled because of covid. Their new tour 2021 does not include Cleveland Ohio, i cannot travel out of state to see them. I want a refund. I am paying interest on this money. I have tried calling several times there is always over a 3 hour wait time. I cannot hold on the phone that long. I work. This is the Claim # SHC120554648860A . I have no account with STUB HUB tried to open one threw their help center what a joke, cant get through any way i try, please help.
