I paid over $1100 to have my house cleared from rats and secured so they don't continue to get in my house. Different service techs have been here 5 times and the problem hasn't been resolved. The last time someone came he couldn't figure out what to do and was going to send his supervisor out. That was 8 days ago and I haven't heard from them. I called the local office yesterday and the lady who answered the phone promised to have the supervisor call me that day. I still haven't heard from anyone.
