Robertson Quality Inspections
Had a home inspection done to sell my house and a majority of what was reported in the inspection was filler or just thrown in as "possiblities" not actual problems just possible problems. He said our basement bathroom water didn't work and it was just turned off at the toilet and he was too lazy to pull the stuff out of the shower to see if it worked. He recommended a fresh air vent for the gas water heater in the basement and when I called a plumber to ask about that type of repair he said he had never heard of that. He said our electrical Sub panels were missing covers and they weren't. Then he said my roof vents might need re-flashed even though there was no evidence of a leak ever. So if you want to potentially pay for a bunch of contractors to come out and find nothing wrong with your house call Robertson Quality Inspections or if you want to get out of a house deal call this guy guaranteed to do a half *** inspection and leave your potential buyer full of half truths and doubt.
