Last week-week in a half, I scheduled a New Patient appointment with the Clio/Pierson Rd Ofc for today, 7/29/21 @ 9a. I called prior to business hours (left VM) as well as after business was opened to postpone my appointment due to stomach discomfort. Robert Mingle, Sup, answered &;;;;;;;;;;;;; immediately after I informed him that I needed to postpone (not able to tell stomach reason) he scolded me saying"next time be on time for YOUR appointment" like he was talking to a child.
