RMA for return item

I've been signing-in to my account as to return procedure of merhandize by using my email for RMA since May 2 and May 6,2021. Until now, I'm waiting for RMA .I don't need to keep the item. I can't process to mail back without the required number. Your cooperation is needed. Thanks, Lydia Revilla 905-472-**** User's recommendation: The company can't be reached by phone nor email.
