Ripped off for thousands of dollars
This is the worst customer service that we have ever seen. We've been trying to get the wrong logo on our promotional mugs replaced for weeks now and their response has always been "no." They offered us 108 replacement mugs, but only $75 store credit when we spent up to $28k with them? What kind of company refuses to help someone that they owe so much money too?! This company's customer service really needs some improvement, because it seems as though they refuse any responsibility or accountability in fixing mistakes! WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, AND YOU WILL LIKELY GET ROBBED! User's recommendation: Unless you want to get robbed.
