Paid $319.59 for 2 tix on October 23, 2018 that I could have purchased directly from the venue for $76. This was a 420% mark-up! Secure Box Office uses search engine optimization to get the top spot on Google for tickets. Upon contacting the venue directly in Sacramento CA about this, they informed me that they get calls all the time about this situation and that the only way to deal with it is to call your credit card company and report the charge as fraudulent and to ask them to reverse the charge. They told me that technically speaking, what Secure Box Office is doing is FRAUD. Secure Box Office wants you to think they are a legit/authorized reseller like Tickets.com or ticketmaster, but they are not.
