Then I found out the mattress had been RECALLED AS Dangerous. IT was a movable frame that when the top was raised and the leg area it formed a vally . I was unable to get out except to slide to the floor. My low back would need a operation if I fell. NOW NEVER get swindeled by a SPECIAL NEEDS TRUST. the Thief who ran it issued a 250 and a 850 check without telling me or getting a new mattress. I paid 3500 for a DANGEROUS bed. THEY ARE CRIMINALS and customer service are *** and SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS Are a scam. User's recommendation: do not even consider MATTRESS FIRM. awful.
