The fact that I didnt receive my package. I called them several times no one got to me I requested to speak w a supervisor and I have not heard from anyone when I contacted them again they said the situation was resolved case was closed and I am out of 140.00.they told me that they asked the driver if he delivered the package and he said he did however he left it outside at the front door of a ups access point he should have taken it inside and give to clerk. This is not my first time with problems with this company they lie and are rude when you call about your package being missing User's recommendation: Do not use lasership if you want your package delivered.
