Really??? You charge for customer service now? I need info on how to ensure my grandchild and I are seated together but such info costs $$$ or is lost in your website. I liked flying SWA because you didn't charge me for stuff I didn't need. However, Customer Service IS NOT an extra frill. It's absorbed into the cost of doing business. Up until now.
