I was surprised when reading this article. This is a rip off agent! The agent had ripped off a lot of people. I found it online, and they have a good deal. I was suspicious about the agent as she refused any form of payment apart from cash or checks, and you must send it overnight! I was on my way to airport, and making sure she has booked my ticket (she never sent me an itinery), she told me that she has not booked it. So, I need to call her every minutes to see the progress. So, the following day, she booked a ticket for me.However, she bought 2 separate ticket, , so I need to pay $100 as I bring 2 lugages.(2 bags are allowed for int'l, 1 bag for domestic). I bought a ticket to Indonesia.However, I was stranded in singapore as she did not biuy my singapore-jakarta ticket. And she didnt book my return ticket at all!!! I was so angry.this agent has given me so much trouble. The company keep changing names to find another victim.The owner is Nistha. I end up buying another ticket to get back to united states.
