Rip off and undelivered service

My name is Kgosi who regret ever signing a contract with this company. I am receiving calls every month advising and every month I advice consultant to load a debit order and they promise to have loaded it, but someone in their company cancels it and it become my monthly problem. To make matters even worse in the mists of all this, they installed a unit and it melted to a visible place where everyone could see it, I advice them of this and they took long to respond, then they came to ifx it, but it was not working, it is still not working even today, they promise to send a consultant, even now and it has been 2 months, they are going to call again, I'm going to ask them to load a debit order, they will take me to the accounts department who will confirm that it is loaded, but come next month you will see, i have a statement to show that I have never reversed their debit order.
