RingCentral – AUTO RENEWED CONTRACT

Im trying to down grade and they are telling me that my contract auto renewed a couple days ago and that I cant stop auto renew unless I contact them 30 days before and my Rep Ryan told me that he would reach out to me before my contract was over before I renewed it. And its impossible to get a hold of someone over there to talk to. Ive been on hold for an hour already so far. And with this COVID 19 stuff going on they cant even get ahold of their own people internally. User's recommendation: Vonage.
