I called support twice because my mailbox sensor, has no alert sound. First time took over 2 hours but couldnt solve the issue. She promised me to call me back in 2 days but never called back. I called again. It took over a hour but couldnt solve either. Same as before, she promised me to call back but never did. I spent money for Ring product, just for paper weight. Wasted 3-4 hours on the phone. User's recommendation: Keep away.
