Bought a ring set less than 2 months ago, only worn the ring for 3 weeks and a stone fell out. Upon returning it as per their policy to exchange for another ring I was told they can't take the ring back because I've worn it!!! Such rude and matter of fact service received from the sales consultant at Sandton City branch! Really disappointed with the quality at American Swiss lately and the lack of effort when it comes to servicing the customers!
