I called several times trying to have the doorbell replaced. I had the protection plan supplied photos and was told it would not be covered after being on the phone for over a half an hour. I have two flood lights the doorbell and a security system. I immediately canceled the plan and will be selling the security system. Its sad that you guys would not stand behind your product or your protection program.
