Ring has been in repair/sizing for almost 2 months

My Le Vian ring was sent to have a stone replace and to be sized at the same time. It was gone a total of 4 weeks. When I went to pick it up, the stone had been replaced, but the ring was not sized. The salesman at Kay's told me after talking to his manager that it would be RUSHED as a MAKE IT RING request and I would have my ring in a week. Well that was September 9th. I have called 3 times and been told 3 different things. Yesterday when I called the salesman was to call Levian and see when my ring would be shipped, and they would call me back. Never heard anything. The time before that, I was put on hold while they called and then I was told that it would be another week or 10 days. Then I was told the 10 days would be up Sept 28th. They would ship it out for me to get on Sept, 30th. No ring and when I talked to the salesman he tried to make me feel guilty because I had called them. He also told me that he would call LeVian repair when time allows and it would probably be another week or more. This will be the last time I ever buy from Kays. I never had this trouble from any other jewelry store. This is the Mentor, Ohio store. I keep getting survey review from Kay asking how I like my ring. I don't know I have not been able to wear it.. User's recommendation: Not worth the frustration.
