This company is very money oriented company.Evey company is. Then whats wrong?? Rigel network believes in making money by taking it out from pockets of their employees. How? why they would do that? employees make them profit why dont they share the profit too apart from salary??? Respected Nischal Patel is very hard working and dedicated person but does not understand the value of their employees.Keeps on deducting salary from each and every individual. Illegal policies, fraud mails, deceiving support, ask upfront to work for 12 hours and also deduct salary for no good reason. Very good thing about this company is, Its very easy to get job there since on an average 8-10 people leave the company the next day they get paid. Due to that urgent vacancies comes up and freshers/losers get very good opportunity to do something rather than being idle.
