I had to keep my rental car for an extra day and return to a different airport due to my project getting prolonged. I called to let them know the day before I was scheduled to return it, but now they say their records don't show that. As a result, they increased my rental rate from $156/day to $471/day for a mid-size SUV for 5 days! I spent almost 2 weeks trying to get a resolution to this, but nobody will help. User's recommendation: Rent from someone else.
