Ridiculous hold times to speak to a representative

I called Thursday morning, approximately 10 am. The recording said the wait time to speak with a representative was greater than 25 minutes. Over 2 hours later I was still holding. Finally, Customer service answered and immediately transferred me to another department where the recording stated my expected hold time was 5-10 minutes.... 45 minutes later I was still holding. User's recommendation: Pack a lunch if you have to call Suntrust.
