Ridiculous delays and bad service

Update by user Mar 25, 2021 sent another 3 emails no response yet.called customer services who said they were putting me through to a specialist department when i got through it was just another rep with no answers at all.would not give me here id would not allow me to talk to a manager would not allow me to complain Original review posted by user Mar 25, 2021 i have 3 parcels i am waiting for from ups 1 has been with them for 51 days the other 2 are 39 days. i have called them over 20 times and sent about 30 emails they have said all sorts of things contradicting each other for reasons why. this week alone i have spent about 8 hours on the phone only to either not get through or talk to an out of country call centre who are reading from a sheet User's recommendation: dont send with UPS at this time.
