Rider keeps abusing me and asking me to pay money but i paid online

i orderd from KFC and paid online i also showed that paid online status to rider but from that day he keeps calling me and using abusive words and ask me to pay amount why should i have to pay double amount. he is using abusing and disrespectfull words. Why you guys are not taking action about that . User's recommendation: No will never yse foodpanda again.
