Ride realted issue

I Have booked ride for 65 km in 760 but driver droped at haalf of distance and ride charge was 700 aprox. after that also I have booked another one after starting ride just 100M he also cancelled the at 11pm. If driver cancelled the then no problem if customer's cancelled the ride they have to pay penalty. Which type of justice is this . Too horrible experience with Ola.
