Rewards wasn’t issued

I had back to back dead in my family. I see that I have rewards available but I couldnt redeem them. I was upset and the cashier told me to reach out to customer service. They were super nice and she even said she would put in a request for this one time to received my rewards and she informed me that they expires 30 days after they are issued. I calmed down and let her knot that I didnt know that and she said she could put a one time re issue order i. For me I am so grateful. I am a faithful and loyal Michaels customer however was a lil upset I couldnt redeem any of these vouchers due to death and not being able to use them on my app.
