While playing House of Fun games, reward cards are regularly presented and values added to HofFun Album. These values have reward criteria shown in the album, for instance, 150 units can be surrendered for 17 million coins. That reward program can be allowed to increase in value with more cards presented. We decided to allow this reward program to continue and increase to 600 units before cashing in. We followed procedure to to cash in the reward but no reward was given. The 600 units simply disappeared without any acknowledgement or rewards given to us.
