I wonder how the people who work there can sleep at night. The unleash so much suffering into the world - and there are plenty of other places to work. Must be bad for the soul. I had a parking charge that I thought I had paid off, I had transfered them the amounts, and then put it behind me. Turns out there was some left, but they didn't let me know about this. They didn't email or call or send any letters, instead they sent an enforcement agent round with a £250 bill for having sent the enforcement agent. I asked them why they didn't call me - I would have paid if I'd know there was anything outstanding - and they told me it was illegal to email or call me. They also suggested I had a CCJ - when I didn't, and threatened to clamp my car. I ended up paying in the end just to get some peace from them, but complained to them and Northampton County Council who unleash them on their public. I had no idea the business practices of these companies were so vile. They are total cowboys.
