Reviewing my account since June 15, 2021

I have money in my account, they are supposedly reviewing my account coming up-to 2 months now and not resolved - have sent through everything they have asked for to no avail. I cannot speak to anyone and chat is useless. Informed Financial Ombudsman who have sent a letter to Pay Net Ltd their parent company and guess what no response. How can a digital bank run like this its criminal and cruel why are they not shut down by the financial institutions who should be protecting us! User's recommendation: Don’t do it !
