Review systems

No ability to remove bad reviews or discuss with customer service. Kijiji the lone wolf in their market so they don't need to work on this currently. Poor model. Low effort to improve as a provider. Soon to be overtaken. Will be funny when that happens as it is frustrating for the sellers currently. User's recommendation: New companies to ensure niche.
