Update by user Jul 02, 2016 This issue has not been resolved and I would like you to contact Andrea the owner. I have tried to handle this situation and got no where. This was a total rip off. Original review posted by user Jun 20, 2016 I had treatment done at Restore Beauty in Nov. of 2015, by the owner. Treatments (Elilis and sublative )was to be 3 days down time with little pain. I had 7 days down time and it was extremely painful. I was also left with damage under my eyes. I asked for a refund after visiting her office, when she proceeded to tell me all was fine. And this is after Skin by Jules who has worked on me for 3 years noticed the damage right away! I filed complaint with Better Business with no resolution. So here I am! Ladies please don't waste your time and money ! They take no responsibility ! .
