HI, I contacted your online portal regarding a recent order I had received. I asked to return 6 items and you kindle gave me a Hermes label which I downloaded and attached to the returned items. However, Hermes never turned up on the day to collect. I tried getting in contact with them but no luck as they have no number to contact them on. I tried to contact yourselves , but I could not find a number. So I paid for the postage myself and sent the items back on 1/07/2021 at 16.38. The item was delivered to your premises on 08/07/2021 at 7.01 am and signed for. I have attached a copy of the proof of delivery. As of todate I have not received back my refund for the items you now have back. I am therefore giving you seven days to refund me my money of £79.86. Please advise?
