I am trying to find out if I can now return things to customer service at Walmart on Regent Ave. Winnipeg. I was told returns would start on June 14 2021. No one answers at customer service there, so I assume they are still not taking returns. However, not being able to actually talk to anyone there I do not know for sure. How are people supposed to ask questions if you can"t actually talk to anyone. I don't want to drive all the way out there to find out they are still not taking returns. I don't want to leave my purchases too long, and then cannot get my money back. This is not very good customer service. Other stores are taking returns, and you can try things on in other stores so you know before you leave (usually) that they are o.k. Please do not phone me. An e-mail will be fine. User's recommendation: Shop somewhere else. Walmart does not only not care about its customers, they can't even be bothered to answer an e-mail from a customer.
