I'm an original owner of a vehicle. Carfax report says that odometer is inconsistent. I know that nobody tampered with it and have a service record to prove it. Contacted Carfax VIA e-mail, got respond from Germany branch saying: Carfax will get back to me. Nothing happened. I am loosing about $4,500 of a trade- in value. Even if i try to sell it to a privet party, i would loose money, because there are a lot of people who still believe to to those fake reports. It is on the television, on the radio, on the newspaper they probably pay a lot of money for advertising, so they can fool people.
