Returning a Wedding Band

I want to return a Wedding Band that I ordered I receive it on February 7th and on April 7th is going to be 60 days for return or exchange I send several e-mails and I haven't receive any answers what is the deal I even said that I want to order another ring if y'all don't want to give me my refund I'm very disappointed of you company User's recommendation: To be more responsive with customers.
