Returned product and did not receive credit

On Dec. 19, 2020 I returned my SafeSound Personal Alarm order. It was supposed to be delivered to 10450 N Airport Rd., Hayden, Idaho on Dec. 28th. To date I have not received my credit. I spoke to someone on the phone about a month ago only to get no resolution. The USPS tracking number was 9534 62** **21 0354 **** 40. User's recommendation: Don't order from SafeSound Alarm.
