returned item not received refund yet

I returned my order #1554 to return address on package which was Y&G Unit 5 Trident Way UB2 5LF on 6/11/2019 uk Royal Mail tracking number NJ675702159GB which shows item was delivered and signed for on 8/11/2019 However I have not yet received refund from magicsofacover.com even though item was returned within 30 days of purchase unused and in original packaging.
