I sent a return to Athleta in Early June 2021 , with a return label generated from Athleta. After 2 months I have no news, NO Credit on my card , no Help from Athleta customer service, even though Ive called them many times ( taken me Hours) to try to solve this problem. Finally today I talked to Karen in the credit card dept. She said she would generate a dispute that takes # months. would generate a d User's recommendation: Never send something back to Athleta. They will Loose it and not Help You.
