We went to Bridgewater store today To return a cushion which we purchased! The customer service cashiers was a bit in defensive side that she insisted that without receipt and sku numbers cant be returned! I was upset because she is very rude! I ask for a manager same thing asked same question; she tried to retrieve the sku numbers but share none! I felt stupid seems Im returning items that I didnt purchased at the store! As matter of facts we purchased so much in this store because closest to home; User's recommendation: Not good.
