Bought a famous Cartier "Love" bracelet and had to return it because undersized. Cartier refused refund claiming returned item had "some scratches" but said they would return ship the bracelet back to me. Two months later, no refund and no return of the bracelet either. Carter customer service never answers incoming phone calls or responds to emails. User's recommendation: Do not buy from them especially the "Love" bracelet as ity needs to be screwed on and they then claim the little screws are scratched and cannot be returned. No customer service at all. They do not do refunds and then do not return the items either.
