Return of unacceptable product

I need to return a product called" Earwax Removers" the product is not fit for purpose I am extremely disappointed this product seems little more than a scam how can I return the product for a refund? thanks for your help in this matter what information do I need to include, where do I sent the product, etc? Paul C User's recommendation: Run a mile.
