Return of saree

I have initiated return request of a saree from shop clues 1month before,but no delivery boy comes to me to pick it up.Now it is showing return cancelled due to incorrect product returned by customer.It is false allegation.No delivery boy comes to me for its pickup.Kindly reinitiate the return process of the saree,for which i shall be highly obliged.
